Rates:

Winter season: $125 per night (3 night minimum) 

December 1 - March 30 (except holidays see below)

Regular season: $150 per night (3 night minimum)

April 1 - November 30 (except holidays see below)

Holidays: $175 per night (4 night minimum)

Memorial Weekend, May 22 - May 25

Independence Day, July 3 - July 7

Bele Cher weekend (July 24 - 26)

Labor Day, September 4 - September 7

Thanksgiving November 25 - November 29

Christmas, December 20 - January 2

$75  one-time cleaning fee will be added to all stays

NC sales tax 6.75% + 4% occupancy tax = 10.75% tax

Deposit:  $250 refundable deposit due upon making reservation

Balance due 45 days before reservation

Cancelation Policy:

Cancelations made 30 days prior to reservation will be refunded less a $75 cancelation fee. Cancelations made less than 30 days are non-refundable.

Smoking NO smoking allowed inside of house.

Pets:

Well behaved DOGS are welcome. NO CATS please (allergies).

Children who are closely supervised are welcome at Woody Glen, however the property is not child-proof and dangers exist to small children and those who are unable to swim.
